Cookies

Draft of 8 October 2026. Applies to the Meeting Ears desktop app, the Meeting Ears service and meetingears.com.

Early-access version · last updated 10 October 2026

Meeting Ears is in early access and sold directly by its maker. These terms are written in plain words for the first users; we will tell you by email before they change.

1. This website

meetingears.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. It loads fonts and files only from its own domain.

If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name me-theme. It never leaves your browser, and you can clear it in your browser’s settings. Because it is only needed for a feature you ask for, no consent banner is shown.

The hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes request data such as your IP address to serve the pages; see the privacy policy.

2. The desktop app

The Meeting Ears app does not use cookies for tracking. Sign-in with Google opens Google’s own pages in your browser, where Google’s cookie policy applies.

3. Changes

A future web account page or card payment checkout may need cookies for sign-in and fraud prevention. We will update this page and ask for consent where required before that happens.
