Getting the Windows app

There’s no public download yet. During early access I send the installer by email, with a short setup guide: to Founders, and to anyone who wants to try the 15 free minutes first.

Write to shabanov.stefan@outlook.com with the subject “Early access”, or take a Founders seat.

What your PC needs

  • Windows 10 or Windows 11. There is no Mac version.
  • No graphics card: the transcription and the answers run on the Meeting Ears service.
  • About 380 MB of free memory: that’s what the app uses while idle (measured on 10 October 2026).
  • An internet connection while you listen.
  • A microphone, and headphones if you can, so the microphone doesn’t pick up the other people’s voices.

You sign in with Google or with an email address and a password.

After you install

  1. Sign in from Settings → Account, then verify your email to get the free 15 minutes.
  2. Fill in a context preset with the notes the answers should use.
  3. Press Start listening in your next call.

The getting started guide goes through each step with more detail.
