Early-access version · last updated 10 October 2026
Meeting Ears is in early access and sold directly by its maker. These terms are written in plain words for the first users; we will tell you by email before they change.
We want you to buy Meeting Ears only if it works for you. This policy says when you can get your money back. It does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
1. 14-day refund
- You can ask for a refund of a pass, the first payment of a Pro or Max subscription, or the Founders licence within 14 days of the purchase.
- We refund the purchase in full in full, no questions asked.
- When a purchase is refunded, the live time still left from it is removed from your account; time already used stays used. A refunded Founders licence ends the licence and its monthly hours.
- Referral time earned by someone else through your purchase is cancelled if it hasn’t been released yet.
2. Renewals
Renewal payments of a subscription are refundable within 14 days if no live time from that period was used. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
3. If something went wrong
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or could not use what you bought because of a fault on our side, contact us at any time and we will put it right, by a refund or by restoring the lost time.
4. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
Consumers in the EU and UK may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a contract for digital services. When you buy, we ask you to agree that the service starts right away; if you then withdraw,.
5. How to ask
- Email shabanov.stefan@outlook.com from the email address of your Meeting Ears account.
- Say which purchase (the date and plan) and, if you like, why. The reason helps us improve; it does not affect a refund within 14 days.
- We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are paid back by bank transfer to the account you paid from; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: it is faster. A chargeback removes the related live time and may suspend the account while it is open.
