The Founders licence: $199 once, then 5 hours every month

There are 50 of these, for the first people willing to use Meeting Ears while it’s young and tell me what’s wrong with it. You pay once, nothing renews, and the hours come back every month for as long as the service runs.

What you get

  • 5 hours of live time every month. Unused hours don’t carry over to the next month.
  • Your own Gemini key, whenever you want. Add one and keep going past your hours, up to 200 hours a month (fair use). Google bills you for that use, not me.
  • An AI allowance of 2.5 million tokens a month, which is about 300 answers.
  • Everything in the app: answers, the transcript with translation, projects and presets, the calendar, and all 83 transcript languages.
  • A direct line to me. Founders get new versions first, and what they ask for is what I work on first.

How to get one

  1. Email shabanov.stefan@outlook.com with the subject “Founders seat” and the address you’ll sign in with.
  2. I reply with the bank transfer details and a receipt for the $199. Card payments aren’t set up yet.
  3. When the money arrives, your account gets the licence and I send you the Windows installer with a short setup guide.

Not sure yet? Every account starts with 15 free minutes. Write with the subject “Early access” and I’ll send you the installer to try it on a real call first.

Before you pay

  • Windows 10 and 11 only. No graphics card needed, because transcription and answers run on the Meeting Ears service. You do need an internet connection during the call.
  • It’s early access. Updates come often and some things will break. When they do, tell me.
  • The app is in English. Transcripts and answers follow the language of the meeting, Bulgarian included.
  • Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
  • Your meetings: the audio is processed live and not stored by the service, and your history stays on your computer. See the privacy policy.
  • The people you talk to: tell them you use an assistant when the rules or the situation call for it. See acceptable use.

Once the 50 seats are taken, the Founders licence isn’t sold again.

Why I built Meeting Ears

I built Meeting Ears for interviews and work meetings in more than one language. It understands 83 languages: 24 fully supported, among them English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Russian, Turkish and Japanese, and 59 more in beta, among them Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Czech, Serbian, Swedish and Arabic. It also keeps up when a meeting switches between two of them in the middle of a sentence, like Bulgarian and English. Many tools that do this kind of thing need a powerful PC with a good graphics card. I wanted one that runs on an ordinary laptop, hears both sides of the call and puts a short, useful answer on the screen a few seconds after the question, not after the meeting.

That’s what it does today, but it is early. Some parts are rough, and some I haven’t built yet, like PDF files in the context or a Mac version. I answer every email myself.

The Founders seats pay for the next months of work. If you take one, you also get a say in what gets built next. What Founders ask for is what I work on first.
